Instron Technologies supplied a pH Control Dosing System which stabilizes wastewater pH from paint booths, optimizing the pre-treatment process. The system came with automated pH adjustment with real-time pH sensors and dosing pumps for automatic dosing rate adjustments.

The system was fully integrated with PlantON: Centralized monitoring and control via a proprietary IoT system. It helped in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local environmental pH discharge regulations.
